I am board certified physician who completed medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical center in 2008, specializing in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. Since completing advanced medical training, I have been working at the VA Hospital where I help veterans with lung disease.
In my free time, I love to work out (I am CrossFit Level 1 Trainer) and hang out with my 11 year old son. I’m especially interested in how nutrition and fitness can complement traditional medicine to help patients reverse chronic medical disease and improve quality of life. I personally have completed a Whole30 and mainly focus on eating real, whole foods.
I am very excited to be a part of the SteadyMD team, because it allows me to spend more time with my patients and focus on the WHY behind illness and make a long-term impact on my patients’ lives.
