Dr. Anne Frea, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with 12 years of experience.
Dr. Anne stays fit by running, playing basketball, playing volleyball, weightlifting, cycling, and competing in triathlons. She was a D3 National Champion and played for two Final Four teams over her college basketball career. She also coaches her kids’ basketball teams and is her daughter’s Girl Scout troop leader.
Dr. Anne competes in about five sprint triathlons every year and has completed seven half marathons. She even completed a duathlon at 28 weeks pregnant and a triathlon at 32 weeks pregnant, taking 3rd place in her division!
She has been a vegetarian since she was 10 years old and understands the benefits of a meat-free diet. She is also an advocate for the keto diet and knows how a low-carb lifestyle can improve overall health and weight management.
Dr. Anne enjoys forming relationships with her patients. She takes the time to learn about their interests and medical histories, finds a balance between them, and helps them achieve their health goals. She wants to know what motivates her patients to improve their health and shows them how to be self-sustainable with the changes.
She graduated from medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin where she also completed her family medicine residency. Dr. Anne wants to continue blending health and technology in a new way and would love to have you as her patient!
