Josh Emdur D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer at SteadyMD with a passion for providing personal, high-value medical care that embraces the use of technology.
His friends and family have texted him their medical questions on a daily basis for years (despite having their own respective doctors). It is this concept that launched the idea to start a virtual primary care practice. Now with SteadyMD everyone can benefit from having a doctor that really knows them, understands their lifestyle, goals, and passions at their fingertips.
We live in an exciting age of technology! With the ubiquity of smartphones, fitness trackers, and connected health devices he can gather important data to help coach his patients to live healthy lives.
When not seeing patients he can be found enjoying Colorado life with his wife, 2 sons, and 2 dogs. He is an avid runner (sub-3-hour marathoner), skier, mountaineer, climber, photographer, traveler, and active participant in life.
